CalBatch is a Google Workspace add-on that creates, updates, deletes and imports Google Calendar events based on the contents of a Google Sheets spreadsheet. It runs inside your Google account. There is no server component.
The add-on writes to your calendar and to your spreadsheet. You are responsible for what you ask it to do.
Before any run that writes, the add-on shows you a preview of exactly how many events will be created, updated or deleted. Please use it. Deleting events is not undoable from within the add-on.
We recommend trying the add-on on a test calendar first.
The add-on is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with future changes to Google’s APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of CalBatch is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for lost or altered calendar events, lost spreadsheet contents, or any consequential loss.
A Pro licence is granted per purchase, for your own use. You may activate it on the Google accounts you personally use. Please do not share your licence key publicly or resell it.
The add-on verifies licence keys with Gumroad. A licence that has been refunded, charged back, or successfully disputed stops working.
Payment and refunds are handled by Gumroad, who are the merchant of record. Their refund policy applies. If something does not work as described, contact us first — we would rather fix it.
The free plan allows unlimited previews and up to 100 written events per day. These limits may change for new users; existing paid licences are not affected.
If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. The add-on’s Marketplace listing links to the current version.
